To register, please follow these easy steps:

Step 1:

Print out the Registration Form for the program you would like to sign up. Then fill it out and sign the Emergency Care Information and Consent to Enroll at the bottom.

Step 2:

Write a check with the appropriate amount due, payable to Seattle Chinese Academy.

Step 3:

Mail in the completed form with check to Seattle Chinese Academy, P.O. Box 82822, Kenmore, WA 98028.
